Curriculum

Milena Bardoni, born in 1982 in Graffignana, studied in Milan where she graduated with honors in Business Economics and Management for Enterprises at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. Also thanks to her experience in Erasmus at the University of Southampton, Milena has been challenging herself since a very young age, enhancing and enriching her personal and professional background.

Dedication and tenacity led her, in 2009, at the young age of only 27 and after 7 years of experience in the fashion field, to become part of the Mediolanum group.

In 2013, she returned to her books to obtain the EUROPEAN FINANCIAL ADVISOR qualification and subsequently in 2015 she achieved the EUROPEAN FINANCIAL PLANNER qualification recognized at the European level, whose register includes approximately 170 certified financial advisors out of 25,000 active in Italy. Also in 2015, thanks to constant commitment and professional and personal growth, Milena achieved the qualification of Private Banker within the Bank.

At the age of 35, the young financial planner represented Italian financial advisors at the Efpa Europe think tank held in Venice.

Milena, among other commitments, is a Faculty speaker at Mediolanum Corporate University, the educational institute of Banca Mediolanum.

Operating in the financial market for 10 years, she is passionate about financial consulting from a female perspective and has been very involved in a series of initiatives in support of female entrepreneurship. This has led her to create training courses aimed at a female audience, giving them the opportunity to interact with top-level speakers.

His approach to financial consultancy is based on the principles of goal-based investing, that is, investments for life goals, which is why this year, 2019, he is studying for a Master's in Financial Education based on the international standard UNI-ISO 22222.
