Michele Tesoro

Michele Tesoro-Tess è attualmente Vice Presidente Esecutivo presso "The RepTrak Company" con la responsabilità della regione EMEA. Nella sua carriera presso The RepTrak Company, Michele ha iniziato nel 2012 costruendo il business in Italia. Nel novembre 2016 è stato nominato Executive Partner e Direttore Generale del business nordamericano, incaricato di strutturare l'unità per ulteriore crescita incrementale. Gli è stato assegnato lo stesso compito nella regione EMEA da gennaio 2018 a gennaio 2019. Da gennaio 2019 a Michele è stato assegnato il compito di guidare la Gestione Strategica dei Clienti in tutta la regione EMEA.

Throughout his career at The RepTrak Company, Michele has advised over 200 clients across multiple industries in identifying, planning, and implementing programs aimed at leveraging the reputation asset as a driver of incremental business success. Michele is the Global Practice leader for "RepTrak for HR", our suite of services aimed at supporting Human Resources and Internal Communications professionals to drive ROI from their activities, protecting their current reputational equity value, and promoting a more responsible and ethical positioning towards existing and potential employees. Michele is also among the Company's leading global experts in Strategic Communications Planning and Reputation Risk Management Practice services.

He regularly speaks and writes on the topic of Employer and Employee Reputation, Return on Reputation of communications activities and how these need to be managed to maximize impact. Michele holds a BA in Business & Communication and a Master in Communications Management from the University of Lugano and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
