Maurizio Asti

Entered 3M immediately after graduating in Political Economy from Bocconi, Maurizio Asti took on his first role in HR starting in 2002. Since then, he has held various positions of responsibility in personnel management, project implementation, integrations and divestitures, as well as roles in employee relations at a European level, overseeing the creation of a 3M group company based in Switzerland.

In 2017, he was appointed Director of Human Resources at 3M Italy and HR Business Partner for the West Europe Area.
