Marija Raskovic is the Head of Customer Operations at NEXI CE, overseeing seven competence centers across four countries. With a career in paytech starting in 2004 at Mellon Serbia, Marija advanced through various roles at First Data SEE, Belgrade, and later at First Data CEE, Bratislava.

She has extensive experience in setting up new teams and services, supporting product development, and managing large cross-country teams.

Her journey includes roles from Service Desk support to Regional Head of Operations.

Special focus is on large departments transformation and client relationship building, driving innovation culture and fostering the diversity and inclusion culture within teams.

Marija is passionate about books, writing, art, movies, cultures, coaching, science, and psychology.
