After graduating in Management, I started my career at Accenture, where I focused on issues related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and all aspects of People Strategy. Subsequently, I gained experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), deepening my knowledge in managing and supporting individuals in their professional challenges.

For almost a year, I have been working at Banca Generali in the Training and Development team, where I am responsible for professional development, training, engagement, and employee inclusion. I am deeply passionate about my work, because I firmly believe that investing in people is the key to bringing out their potential and creating fair and motivating work environments.
