Mariagrazia Bizzarri

Italiaonline - Chief Human Resources Officer. Graduated in humanities - social communications and with a master's degree in Executive Business Coaching, she began her career in human resources at Nokia. After 5 years, she took on a new challenge at Vodafone, where she remained for 13 years holding various roles, the latest being Head of HR Commercial.

In the meantime, she supports the cause of female leadership through her active participation in Valore D and Women & Tech. Before joining Italiaonline, she spent 2 years at EY as Learning & Development Director for the Southern Europe region and 4 years as People Development, Reward & Change Management Director at Nexi. Maria Grazia is active in academia as a Senior Career Advisor at Luiss Business School and as a Trainer for some master's programs at RCS Academy. Married with two children.
