Mariagrazia Bizzarri

Graduated in Literature – Social Communications and with a master's degree in Executive Business Coaching, she began her career in human resources at Nokia.

After 5 years, the new challenge at Vodafone, where he stays for 13 years holding various roles, the last of which is Head of HR Commercial. Meanwhile, he embraces the cause of Valore D: in addition to being a Board Member, he becomes President of the Learning and Development Committee.

Before joining Italiaonline, 2 years at EY as Learning & Development Director for the Southern Europe area and 4 years as People Development, Reward & Change Management Director at Nexi.

Maria Grazia, married with two children, is active in the academic field as a Senior Career Advisor at Luiss Business School and as a Trainer for some master's programs at RCS Academy.
