With a particular focus on the web conference experience, carried out in June 2007 by the Ministry of the Interior, which represents a highly innovative infrastructure in the ICT landscape, allowing citizens to "dialogue online" with the political or administrative leadership of a public administration and to find answers via email to the questions posed by the same individuals.
