Maria Teresa Sica

Maria Teresa Sica, Human Resources Director at Oracle for the Technology line of business for Southern Europe and Russia, as well as Responsible for funded training and Corporate Citizenship projects in Italy.

In her more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources, she has held roles of responsibility in various corporate and multinational contexts including SIAE, Alstom, Bea Systems.

Graduated in Economics and Business from LUISS, specialized in Work Organization and Human Resources Management, she has lived for long periods abroad and in particular in Lisbon where she studied at the University with a scholarship and then worked for an Italian tourism company.

She travels both for work and for pleasure, spending weekends trekking immersed in nature for which she has a deep love that drives her to also engage in environmental sustainability projects at work.
