Graduated in Food Science and Technology (1992 - Faculty of Agriculture, University of Milan), since 1996 a permanent employee at the Lombardy Region, General Directorate of Agriculture.
Since 2002, holder of the Organizational Position in Food Education, Information and promotion of the agri-food chain directed at consumers in the Innovation, Cooperation and Valorization of Productions Unit, Structure Attractiveness and Promotion of productions. Creator and regional coordinator of the Food Education programs and related publications of the Agriculture Directorate of the Lombardy Region aimed at spreading the culture and quality of agri-food.
Among the numerous food education projects, we recall: A school with taste - Ortocircuito. More fruit more vegetables, another round another taste - Feed your movement - Educational Farms - Put organic in your canteen - Eat the right taste - "Towards EXPO2015: Paths of food education". Food, culture and identity. The school in the field. - Coordination and implementation of programs for the promotion of typical and organic productions, through events and fairs. Among these, of particular importance: promotion actions of Lombard products at large-scale retail, Fuorisalone del Mobile, World Cycling Championships. Promotion of short supply chain networks.
Coordinator responsible for the programs of Food Education of the Lombard Provinces and the Educational Farms of the Lombardy Region.
Member of several regional working groups including: since 2010 Member of the Technical Coordination Committee of the School Fruit Program of the Ministry of Agricultural Policies; for the years 2010-2012, Interinstitutional Working Group "Towards Expo 2015", coordinated by the Agriculture Directorate of the Lombardy Region; from 2004-2010 Working Groups for the evaluation of research projects in agriculture; 2007 to the Commission for the planning and coordination of health promotion interventions coordinated by the Health Directorate; 2005 and 2006 Technical Evaluation Group for the Annual Plan of cooperation and development projects; 2006 Advisory Committee for food safety of the Health Directorate; 1997-2002 Technical Committee of the Ministry for Agricultural Policies "Communication and Food Education - Culture that nourishes".
