Until 2015, I worked as a Financial Services sector manager at BiP and Accenture, serving as a management consultant for many important clients: Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Unicredit, BNP Paribas Group - BNL, Credit Suisse, Cariparma, BPM - Banca Popolare di Milano. I managed turnaround programs and business process reengineering in the corporate, network, planning, and control areas.
