Maria Cristina Susio

Maria Cristina Susio joined Dassault Systèmes Italia in 2013 as People and Organization Partner Senior Manager for Italy. Over the years, she has progressively expanded her area of responsibility and now oversees various countries in the Mediterranean Europe region.

As an HR Business Partner, Cristina collaborates with business functions and supports them in achieving their goals through the implementation of initiatives aimed at generating value and attracting, retaining, and developing talent.

Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Cristina held increasingly important positions within companies operating in the Retail sector.

Born in Milan, she is married and has two eleven-year-old children. She graduated with top marks in Political Science from the University of Milan. Her thesis, carried out in Organizational Sociology, received the award from the Italia Centronord Association for Quality as the best thesis on Quality discussed in the academic year 1995/96.
