Maria Cristina Bombelli

She was a professor at the University of Milano Bicocca and for years a lecturer at the School of Business Management at Bocconi University.
She founded the Armonia laboratory at SDA Bocconi, a research center on diversity management supported by a network of companies.
She was a visiting scholar at the University of La Verne, California. She is a journalist and author of numerous books and articles on organizational behavior and diversity management. Since 2009, she has been the president of the "La Pelucca" foundation in Sesto San Giovanni.
