I am a goal-oriented manager, determined to do whatever is necessary to develop and improve Security and HR functions. I have over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources sector, during which I have taken on roles of responsibility.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to be involved in both operational activities and general management and projects. My main strengths are Security and HR. As a manager, I strongly believe in open and honest communication and transparency with all stakeholders.

For me, teamwork and employee engagement are essential to achieve results and maintain high motivation and efficiency. I am skilled in handling complex issues and open to new ideas and solutions. I consider myself a responsible person, with a sense of humor that allows me to face challenges with serenity, and I am comfortable in dynamic and constantly changing environments. Furthermore, I handle stressful situations well.
