Maddalena Ganz

Born in 1984, she graduated in Communication Sciences with a focus on Publishing and Journalism from the University of Trieste in 2007. She gained her first experiences at various communication agencies, working on communication projects for clients in the fashion, design, and food & beverage industries.

From 2017 to 2020, he worked at Banca IFIS where, in addition to holding the role of Responsible for Coordinating Communication for Controlled NPLs, he also oversaw corporate communication for the Controlled Companies of the Group: IFIS NPL, FBS, FBS Real Estate, and Capitalfin.

In June 2020, he became responsible for traditional and digital development initiatives and projects in the area of ​​managing non-performing loans at Cherry106, and then, from October 2021, following the merger with Banco delle Tre Venezie, he took on the role of Marketing and Communication Manager at Cherry Bank.

He chairs the Products Committee of the Bank with the aim of coordinating the brainstorming and construction tables of new products and services. In December 2022, he attends the training course (ISO 9001-2015) called Chief Happiness Officer.
