Curriculum

He is a professor in the Marketing Department at Bocconi University and a researcher at CERMES Bocconi, where he coordinates the research area "/Value for Citizen/" (innovation to create value for the benefit of the citizen). Since 2009, he has been teaching "Marketing and Citizen Customer" (Social Marketing).

He is also a senior lecturer in the Marketing Area at SDA Bocconi and a visiting professor at Waseda University in Tokyo.

Coordinates research and training initiatives on the topics of E-Health and E-Government, as well as healthcare and public marketing. Has directed numerous research projects focusing on the impact and managerial implications of new technologies in the public sector.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and a PhD in Business Economics and Public Administration from the University of Parma. He has presented and discussed papers at international conferences and published articles and essays, focusing his research activities on topics related to E-government and E-health, accounting and management information systems in healthcare/hospital companies and local authorities, the role of ICT and innovation in marketing strategies in healthcare and local authorities.
