During her studies in Sociology at the University of Milan Bicocca, Laura discovers a sincere interest in the world of Human Resources and decides that her professional goal would be to work in an HR department of a multinational company. She initially lands at Henkel in a HR Generalist role and then at Siemens transitioning from a Talent Acquisition role to an HR Business Partner for Italy and Greece.
As an HR Business Partner, she has had the opportunity to get to know and manage different businesses and managers, creating trusting and collaborative relationships each time aimed at maximizing business understanding and the impact of projects on business priorities. Today she is responsible for Siemens Mobility, a company within the group that deals with railway mobility solutions, the entire Finance Community, and Siemens Greece.
What motivates her are challenges, learning opportunities, and innovations aimed at personal and professional improvement.
