Laura has been responsible for the Sales Advisory team since January 2021. In the last 3 years, she has served as the commercial manager of one of the five largest banks served by Nexi.
Plays a fundamental role in fostering the growth of relationships with partner banks for all areas of business offered by Nexi - Cards and Digital Payments, Merchant Services, and Digital Banking Solutions.
In the past, Laura held various commercial roles in leading international banking institutions. At Wells Fargo, where she worked for 13 years both in Italy and abroad, she primarily focused on developing relationships and increasing market share in international payments with key banks in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, and the Balkans. During her 9 years at Standard Chartered, she held various positions. Among the most relevant, she served as a European specialist for the internationalization of the Chinese currency, and before joining Nexi, she was responsible for Transaction Banking for the Italian branch.
Laura is the mother of two girls. She firmly believes in a corporate culture that values gender equality. In her free time, she loves playing tennis and traveling has always been her passion!
