Lara Carrese is currently the HR Director of the Econocom Group in Italy. Previously, she was the Group Human Resources and Organization Director of Prelios, successfully leading the radical cultural change and repositioning of the brand in the labor market.
For over 20 years, he has worked in the Human Resources function at both a local and international level: Global Human Resources Director at DeAgostini Publishing, where he led and monitored all HR Management, Change Management, Start Up, and Right-sizing activities in Europe, Russia, and Japan. Previously, Corporate Recruitment and Development Manager at Tenaris, based in Canada for several years and later in the US, Latin America, and Europe, starting up the Function with a particular focus on Employment Branding and Change Management.
She started her career in HR with Siemens and, later, with Deloitte Consulting. For some years Adjunct Professor at the Business School of Profingest and at IED. She is Vice President of Aidp Lombardia with responsibilities for Welfare and CSR, through which she actively contributes to the debate on modern and innovative management of Personnel and Well-being in the Company. Graduated in Law from the Cattolica di Milano with a Short MBA from Stanford University. She speaks five languages.
