Julita Vassileva

Professor at the University of Saskatchewan, thanks to the five-year NSERC/Cameco Chair for Women in Science and Engineering for the Prairie Provinces (Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba), with the task of studying ways to increase the number and status of women in the world of science and technology.

In her report, she illustrates how sharing experiences can help women in their professional, personal, and social life and presents the example of an online community that already applies these principles.
