Social and work psychologist, criminologist, expert in safety and security with a human factor-based approach, referring to both corporate environments and digital scenarios. With over fifteen years of teaching experience at the academic level in the field of social psychology and criminal behavior psychology. Her areas of expertise include: human factors and digital awareness, cybercrime, violence and harassment online (cyberbullying, cyberstalking, revenge porn), psychosocial risks in the workplace (stress, technostress, burnout), communication and corporate reputation.

He is responsible for the "Digital Conscious Citizenship" area of Program the Future, a national educational project active since 2014 in Italian schools.

He is a member of several technical-scientific committees (e.g. Master Homeland Security at the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome, Center for Economic Intelligence Studies at the University of Rome Tor Vergata) and editorial (e.g. Construction of Social Psychology; Psychology Applications and Development for InScience Press).

She is the author of numerous national and international publications, among which stands out internationally the volume written for Springer "Building a Cybersecurity Culture. How to Bridge the Gap Between People and Digital Technology" (2020). She participated as a mentor in the project "Women in Cyber Mentorship Programme 2021" of the ITU (International Telecommunication Union).

He is the scientific director of the digital magazine Reputation Today, which is among the media partners of the EU-OSHA (European Agency for Safety and Health at Work) prevention campaigns on health and safety at work.
