Heidrun Flaadt

She graduated in Biology from the University of Konstanz, where she also completed her PhD. She attended the Business Management School at the Institut für Kaderschulung (Zurich) from 2000 to 2003 and participated in the 'Women into Industry' program (initiative of the University of Basel and Novartis) from 2002 to 2003.
She has always been involved in Technology Transfer, first as a Project Leader for the Business Development Company and Technology Transfer Office (University of Basel), and then as Head of Technology Transfer at Empa (Dübendorf).
He has received a mandate from the Italian University of Switzerland for the development of a new Executive Education Program for Biotechnology/Biomedicine.
