Women&Tech® Young AmbassadorsMy name is Grazia Ladu, I am a neurobiologist and I come from a small town in Sardinia. After obtaining a three-year degree in Biotechnology from the University of Sassari, I decided to continue my master's degree in Neurobiology at the University of Pavia.
Over the years, I have developed a curiosity towards the nervous system: how it is organized, its various functions, and the various pathologies associated with it. I wanted to understand and deepen the cause of certain diseases, especially neurodegenerative ones, such as Multiple Sclerosis, and understand how much the environment and especially family history impact them. My goal is to contribute to research in order to discover and fully understand the causes that lead to the onset of the disease.
