Giuseppe Gavazzi

Professor of Agricultural Genetics at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Milan, currently retired.

After retirement, he taught with a three-year teaching contract for the Bachelor's degree course in Plant Biotechnology and at the University of Makeni in Sierra Leone.

She is interested in developmental genetics with particular attention to seed and seedling. Her scientific activity is documented by numerous scientific publications in international journals.

He stayed abroad for several years, especially in Madison (University of Wisconsin) and Columbia (University of Missouri), where he worked in corn and Arabidopsis genetics.

Part of his research has been carried out in collaboration with national and foreign groups.
