Giulia Gasparini

With over 15 years of experience in managerial positions in Sales and Business Management in multinational IT companies, Giulia Gasparini, Country Manager of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Italy, is responsible for the Enterprise segment and leads AWS's strategy in supporting the digital transformation of large Italian companies.

Previously, he held the role of EMEA South Senior Lead for Small and Medium Enterprises, where he was part of the Senior Leadership Team Europe South. In his previous role, the sales organization under his leadership was responsible for supporting Italian small and medium enterprises in their digitalization process.

Before joining AWS, Giulia spent 6 years at Microsoft Italy, culminating in the role of Head of the Customer Success Division, dedicated to Collaboration and Productivity.

Previously, she held key roles in Microsoft's Channel and Partner Division, where she led the evolution of System Integrators and ISVs through the opportunities offered by cloud computing. Gasparini's career also includes significant experience at Cisco Systems, where she led various business development initiatives and sales teams, with a particular focus on voice and video communication solutions. Giulia lives in Milan and has a 24-year-old son, whom she supports in his acting career. Passionate about fitness, she dedicates much of her free time to physical activity and Pilates, a discipline in which she is a qualified CONI instructor.
