Giulia Gasparini

Over 15 years of experience in executive positions in Sales and Business Management in multinational IT companies.

Giulia Gasparini is the Head of Small & Medium Business at Amazon Web Services and part of the Italian Senior leadership team. The sales organization under her responsibility is tasked with guiding small and medium Italian businesses in their journey towards digitalization.

Previously, Giulia spent 6 years at Microsoft Italy until she held the role of Head of the Customer Success Division, which deals with Collaboration and Productivity, and previously roles in the Channel and Partner Division of Microsoft, overseeing the evolution of System Integrators and ISVs through the opportunities offered by cloud computing. Gasparini, before joining Microsoft in 2016, embarked on a long career at Cisco Systems leading various business development initiatives and sales teams over the years, with a particular focus on voice and video communication.

Giulia, lives in Milan, has a 23-year-old son whom she supports in his acting career and loves to dedicate much of her free time to physical activity and pilates.
