Senior Sales Director - Dassault Systèmes
Giovanni Riggio is a manager with over twenty years of experience in digital transformation and the implementation of Virtual Twins to improve product development processes in various industrial sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure, Energy & Materials.
He currently holds the position of Senior Sales Director at Dassault Systèmes, where he leads an international team of Client Executives, responsible for a large portfolio of clients directly managed by Dassault Systèmes in the EUROMED and Central Asia geographic area.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Land Vehicles from the University of Pisa, Giovanni began his career as an Application Engineer, developing deep expertise in CAD, Virtual Simulation, and PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) systems. He later held the positions of Technical Director of Pre-Sales and Implementation Services.
Currently, as Commercial Director, Giovanni has developed a comprehensive vision that integrates technical knowledge, consulting, and commercial strategy with a particular focus on creating value for the customer.
His responsibilities also include the development of Strategic Partnerships with C&SI (Consultant & System Integrator), considered fundamental levers for the sustainable growth of the company.
Giovanni is committed to strengthening these collaborations as an integral part of Dassault Systèmes' expansion and continuous innovation strategy for the geographic area under his responsibility.
