Drawing on a consolidated and decades-long experience in the world of media communication, fashion/luxury retail, gained in multinational/entrepreneurial, complex, and hierarchical business contexts, I have developed the professionalism of a Coach and Counselor in parallel, working freelance on business and life issues.

I actively collaborate with non-profit start-ups. I address the blending of these two areas of expertise towards the ideation, creation, and management of projects in the Human Resources consulting field: assessment, development of potential resources, changing the corporate paradigm.
