Francesco holds the role of Impact & ESG Officer at TeamSystem, where he is deeply involved in sustainability, care, and social responsibility issues.

His focus has shifted from 'Business as a Force for Good' to the more digitally-oriented movement of 'Digital for Good'. He plays a fundamental role in shaping the landscape of Benefit Corporations in Italy and is a founding member of AssoBenefit. His extensive expertise covers various aspects of sustainability and care, extending to the emerging field of Quantum Leadership.

Recognized as one of the Italian Quantum Leaders by the LUISS Business School, Francesco inspires a positive change in the Italian entrepreneurial community.
