Francesca Contardi

Graduated in economics and commerce, Francesca has an international background. After obtaining 2 master's degrees that provided her with managerial specialization, her professional career developed during the consolidation phase in the Italian market, in the field of professional intermediaries for personnel recruitment. Arriving at Michael Page in 1999, from 2000 to 2004 she was director of the Engineers Division of the Group. In 2005, at less than 35 years old, she joined the executive board of Page Personnel as General Manager and - in 2010 - became CEO of Page Personnel.

In 2014, she was elected - the first and only woman to hold this position - vice president of Assolavoro, the National Association of Employment Agencies (ApL). In 2015, she was also included - the only Italian - in the global ranking The Power 100, which collects women who, thanks to their work, have changed the labor market.

In 2016, after ending the adventure with Page Personnel, she founded - together with other partners who, like her, have gained over 20 years of experience in the HR world - EasyHunters, a selection company that aims to revolutionize the human resources market through digital technology.

In 2019 she moved to the United States in Philadelphia. In 2020 she became an ACC ICF coach and in September 2021 she obtained the title of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition - New York. Since November 2021, she has started collaborating with Frank Recruitment Group - a group specialized solely in the selection of Information Technology Cloud profiles as Senior Vice President and Location Leader for Philadelphia.
