She graduated, with honors, in law from the University of Rome "La Sapienza", with a thesis in constitutional law on the relations between national legal system and European legal system.

She graduated, with honors, in law from the University of Rome "La Sapienza", with a thesis in constitutional law on the relationship between national and European legal systems. During the academic year 1992-1993, she lived in the Netherlands as part of the Erasmus program, attending and taking exams at Utrecht University. Just after graduating, in 1995, she won a scholarship to participate in the "Silvano Tosi" Study Seminar organized by the University of Florence, the Chamber of Deputies, and the Senate of the Republic. In 2001, she obtained a Ph.D. in constitutional law from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" with a thesis on the sources system in financial planning.

Since 1997, he has been a parliamentary advisor in the Chamber of Deputies. Currently, he works in the European international legislative and security sector, after having held numerous other roles, including that of head of the Department of Agriculture at the Studies Service.

He has written several essays including "The powers of investigative commissions and the rights of third parties", "Food Made in Italy in the light of European regulations" and "Agricultural policy in the Constitution".

She is an expert in European policies, with particular focus on agricultural policies, and on the hierarchy of relationships between European and national regulatory sources.
