Curriculum
After graduating in Economics at Pavia at the Ghislieri College in 1981, I worked at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young). Chartered Accountant since 1981 and Auditor (Consob) since 1984, in 1987 I founded F.P & Partners, a company specializing in management and organizational consulting, where I am a partner responsible for the Finance and Control area. In these years I have been involved in projects such as:
- administrative and financial outsourcing
- Company evaluation
- Assistance in extraordinary operations
- creation of management control systems and reporting
- Planning and control
I have worked in companies of various sizes, including several multinational corporations, where I have held the position of financial director responsible for individual branches and geographic areas (Southern Europe). Currently, I also hold various administrative and control positions.
