Federica Draghi

Federica has been part of Genextra since May 2006, where she is responsible for business development. At Genextra, Federica carries out a series of activities ranging from evaluating new investment opportunities to partnering, licensing, and planning the development strategy of the group's controlled companies.

Before joining Genextra, Federica was involved in technology transfer at Windham Venture Partners, dedicated to the commercialization of technologies in the field of life sciences, and Science and Technology Ventures, the technology transfer unit of Columbia University.

Previously she was a postdoctoral fellow at the MRC in Cambridge, UK. Federica obtained an MBA from Columbia University and a PhD in biochemistry from Sapienza, University of Rome.
