Fabio Piccini

Doctor and psychoanalyst, teaching analyst of the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP), obtained a PhD in Food, Nutrition and Health from the Polytechnic University of Marche in Ancona. Co-founder and director of the Italian Microbiome Project , collaborates as a teacher with the School of Advanced Training in Medicine of the IRCCS Foundation Cà Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico in Milan and is the author of numerous scientific articles and essays on nutrition and its disorders.

Among these: Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder (CSE), Re-Seeing (RED), Calling a Spade a Spade (Franco Angeli), The Intermittent Diet (PLAN), Exploring The Human Microbiome (KDP), The Oldest Diet in the World (Baldini and Castoldi), From the Frying Pan to the Fire (KDP), Fatness (KDP).

Together with Sonia Savini, he published the novel Under the Sign of Libra (La Spiga).

Lives and works between Rimini, Padua, and Sansepolcro.
