Director of R&D HOME - De Longhi Group. Mother of two children, Chiara and Pietro.
Born in Ivrea (TO) in 1969, daughter of an Olivetti employee, she spent her youth immersed in the Olivettian experience which significantly influenced her approach to the working world. After completing her studies at the Classical Lyceum, she graduated in Physics in Turin with a thesis on Thermonuclear Fusion conducted at the JET Laboratory in OXFORD (UK). She joined Whirlpool in 1996 and took on roles of responsibility in R&D and Corporate Innovation, developing a solid international experience thanks to numerous collaborations with working groups around the world. In 2012, she received the Technovisionary- Women Innovation award for her role as Open Innovation Senior Manager at Whirlpool and for her role as a representative in numerous Scientific Committees in Italy and abroad. In 2014, she joined De Longhi as Technical Director and Innovation for the Comfort sector, and in 2018 her responsibility was extended to the entire HOME category.
