Elisabetta Olgiati

Since November 2020, Elisabetta Olgiati has been the Head of Experience Design at the R&D of the TeamSystem Group, leading a team of expert designers in UX, UI, and research. Her main goal is to combine business needs, technological innovations, and customer needs and expectations to design software that ensures useful, usable, and desirable user experiences. In her team, one of the main focuses is on designing the company's Design System with particular attention to accessibility and inclusivity.

Thanks to the creation in 2022 of the user research team, special attention is dedicated to understanding the needs and goals of end users. Finally, it collaborates in spreading the culture of design thinking in the company by actively participating in some cross-cutting initiatives.

After graduating in Design at the Politecnico di Milano, in 2008 he began collaborating with important communication agencies such as Alkemy Digital Enabler, design studios, and research centers, contributing to the design of digital products and services in various fields such as automotive, banking, agriculture, trade fairs, e-commerce, ranging from service design, to user research, up to UX & UI.

From 2022, Elisabetta holds the position of Member of the Advisor Board at the Faculty of Design of the Politecnico di Milano.
