Elena Leonardi

Elena is the Head of the Banking Group Sustainability Service at Banca Generali, a position she has held since July 2022.

Previously, she has held other roles in Asset Management both externally and at Banca Generali: since 2000 as a Fund Manager, specializing in the management of innovative small cap mutual funds in the euro area, and then in 2017 moving to the Product Management of Banca Generali as Head of Financial and Insurance Products. In this role, she has focused particularly on innovation and the development of sustainable solutions.

Within the Generali Group, he also dedicates part of his time to the development and training of young talents, both as a Mentor and as an Ambassador of corporate values, participating as a Trainer in dedicated training programs.
