As a person with years of experience in sports and a true passion for gastronomy, outdoor activities, and DIY, I enjoy helping my clients build new and healthier habits, set goals, and understand new challenges.

I started my career as a Supply Chain Manager for multinational companies in Dublin. Since then, negotiation, business transformation, team management, and project management have always been particularly interesting to me.

My coaching focus ranges from internationalization, corporate strategy, and people management, to rebranding and corporate innovation. I enjoy working with clients who want to become better listeners and more people-focused leaders.
