Dorothy Klimis-Zacas

Professor of Clinical Nutrition at the University of Maine. Graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1982, obtained her doctorate from the Department of Physiological Chemistry at the University of Cologne, Germany. Her research focuses on vascular nutrition-nutritional physiology, nutritional biochemistry-nutrigenomics, and clinical nutrition.

He is also a cooperating professor of Dietetics and Nutrition at Harokopio University of Athens and in the Department of Food, Environmental and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Milan.
