Donatella Isaia

Donatella Isaia is the Group Chief People and Culture Officer of TeamSystem Group since January 2021. In this role, she actively contributes to the business strategy, ensuring that people, our key resource, are fully engaged and enabled to perform at their best. She defines and implements talent acquisition, management, and growth policies, as well as the cultural and digital transformation of the company, also through communication.

After obtaining a degree in Educational Sciences, Donatella underwent a growth path in Human Resources thanks to international contexts such as the Organizing Committee of the XX Winter Olympic Games Turin 2006, then consolidating her experience for thirteen years in the Vodafone Group where she held roles of increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad until becoming the Director of Human Resources and Organization for Italy.

Currently, Donatella also holds the position of Board Member at AVIO S.p.a.
