Demetrio Migliorati

Demetrio has built his experience starting from information technology, dedicating himself to finance/insurance in one of the most dynamic and complex Italian banking and insurance groups. He is driven by three passions: corporate innovation (Head of Innovation at Banca Mediolanum), startups (he is a co-founder of FoolFarm, a startup studio dedicated to AI and Blockchain, and participates in the equity of a series of startups with cutting-edge technologies and solutions) and dissemination (he is a part-time professor at the Catholic University and LUISS, as well as contributing with testimonies and lectures in various master's programs. He is the author and co-author of books on AI, Digital Transformation, and Leadership).

Member of the Digital Finance Committee of Assogestioni, the Innovation Technical Committee of ABI, the Advisory Board of IDC Digital Transformation, the Advisory Board of the Digital Transformation Academy of the Polytechnic University of Milan, and the Advisory Board of the Blockchain HUB of the Catholic University. Collaborates with Assofintech, the Insurtech Association, and the Trusted Smart Contract Association. Participates in various scouting and research initiatives in private and university contexts. Keynote speaker and chairman at worldwide conferences and corporate events.
