Women Empowerment Program 2024Cristina joined the Market Research industry in 1994 and began building her Brand & Communication experience at top schools (Ipsos / Explorer and Millward Brown). She joined Kantar TNS in 2006 as Head of Finance Industry, leading the department from 2008 to 2012 with excellent business development results, gaining extensive experience in customer experience, reputation, and employee engagement. In 2013, she was appointed Customer Experience Practice Lead for Kantar TNS Italy, and in September 2016, she became Chief Growth Officer.
Cristina is currently responsible for delivering value and impact through the application of Kantar's area of expertise-led offer. She leads the Advisory & Sustainable Transformation Practice.
