Claudia Fantoni

I am Claudia and I am 56 years old. I was born and raised in the province of Brescia where I also completed my studies. In 1992 I moved to Milan and from there began my exciting professional adventure. Except for a brief period in the tourism-real estate sector, I matured my most important work experiences in the financial and banking sector starting in the marketing area, first as a Product Manager and then as a Marketing Manager, and then dedicating myself to the training area that I have been following, covering various roles, since 2006.

During my professional career, I have always enthusiastically embraced challenges with a strong project focus. Among the projects in which I have actively participated and which have enriched me the most, I like to remember these: Currently, as Training Project Manager, I am responsible for the training coordination of the Mediolanum Next Program. Aimed at bright young graduates, it is a new and innovative professional path aimed at increasing Banca Mediolanum's presence in the market and overseeing the generational transition by introducing a new professional figure within Banca Mediolanum's commercial structure that supports senior Consultants in assisting Clients and developing their assets. My professional motto: "The future belongs to those who make it."

• Establishment of a new range of Irish law funds: defining product, marketing, legal, organizational, management aspects, and related commercial agreements with institutional entities.
• Establishment of the Group Corporate University (Mediolanum Corporate University).
