After graduating in Political Science, she started working for local newspapers of the Gruppo Espresso until she landed in the Milan editorial office of Repubblica. There, as a reporter, she covered everything from major judicial news to lifestyle topics, and the latest issue, women.

Since 2000, among the first, she has started to explore an unexplored territory that will mark the future, that of women's work.
