I have been working as a Program Manager since 2010, first at IBM and now at Kyndryl. I have been in the IT industry for 35 years, starting as a support specialist, then as a delivery manager, and now as a program manager, mainly on Transition and Transformation projects for many clients in both the public and private sectors.
I worked for three years in the United States as a Program Manager for the development of Data Management-related services, managing a global team and therefore having the opportunity to gain multinational experience that profoundly changed my way of working.
I love working with people who have diverse cultures and ethnic roots, I am especially passionate about supporting the growth of individual talents.
Finally, I love to travel and read books on thriller themes.
