Classical High School and Degree in International Law, Master's in Digital Learning and in HR, with over 20 years of experience in the Education sector both in Italy and in the UK. Worked as a Product Manager and later as an Operations Manager, managing entire programs and teams in both multinational and niche companies. Previous work experience in the cultural sector (theater and contemporary art) has combined with a wealth of experience in business management both in Marketing & Sales and in production.

The focus has always been on innovation and the development of people; in different business contexts, she has been involved in recruiting, onboarding, and human resources management.

Quality Manager ISO 9001 and member of the board on Corporate Social Responsibility, promotes smart working and agile work since 2016. Since June 2021 General Manager of the first Italian Ed Tech: a breakthrough project in the digitization of the study travel sector.

Active collaborations as a freelance in the events and PR world, but also involved in various volunteer associations. A convinced athlete and a serial traveler. Mantra: never stop learning.
