Chiara Barcio

During my master's degree in Labor and Business Management, I developed a passion for the HR field. Therefore, after graduation, I decided to start a master's program in "Business Organization and Personnel" at Bocconi University in January 2020.

In June 2020, I began my professional career in the field of Human Resources: first at IBM, as a Talent Acquisition specialist for a major hiring project (+500 new hires), and then at Kyndryl Italy Innovation Services (IBM spin-off).

I currently hold the position of HR Generalist at IMCD Italy, where I have been since April 2024. This role allows me to work across all the main processes and projects in the Human Resources field and to combine an empathetic approach with analytical rigor, two aspects that also accompany me in my everyday personal life.

I am Sicilian, but I have been living in Milan for almost 10 years: I love my land but also the energy that Milan can give me!
