Cesare Maccari

After obtaining a degree in Law from the University of Siena, he began working at the family company Maccari Marmi where until 1992 he held the position of Organizational Manager of production activities and commercial relations for Italy and abroad.

In 1993, he joined the TNT Global Express Group, where he held roles of increasing responsibility within the Human Resources Area.

Since June 2000, he joined Prada as Human Resources Manager of the Logistics Division, gradually extending his mandate to all four industrial divisions of the Group.
In 2007, after a brief period at Comau (a company of the Fiat Group), he was called to Ferrari where he held the role of Director of Human Resources for Gran Turismo and Global Brand, implementing a leadership and performance evaluation system.

Since March 2009, at Wolters Kluwer Italy, he holds the position of Director of Human Resources with the task of managing and implementing high value-added projects for employees, implementing modern strategies in close synergy with the parent company aimed at paying increasing attention to human aspects as well as professional aspects, enhancing Diversity and commitment to Social Responsibility activities.
