Cecilia Hugony

Cecilia holds a degree in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, a master's in urban management from ETSA in Barcelona, and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi.

She has grown professionally for 15 years abroad, between Spain and France. She has worked as a designer and as a researcher also in international cooperation projects in South America and North Africa. She has produced 15 scientific publications in 4 languages.

Since 2014, she has been the CEO of Teicos and has specialized in energy efficiency of buildings. She is the coordinator of the Renovate Italy think tank and a member of the innovation committee of ANCE and FIEC. She teaches in two master's programs at the Politecnico di Milano and other institutions.

Teicos is a construction company active for 25 years in building redevelopment. Since 2013, it has invested in energy redevelopment, with an innovation investment plan that allowed it to increase its turnover tenfold in 5 years. It has promoted excellence projects in Milan for which it has received several awards and recognitions.
