Development and implementation of a new model for managing municipal housing assets through the identification of suitable KPIs and objectives aimed at improving the services and activities entrusted to the manager; Support to the manager of municipal housing assets in carrying out the entrusted services, in terms of improving management performance, strengthening relationships with users, identifying and initiating interventions aimed at reducing arrears and abuse.

Programming and control of activities related to the Property and Facility functions of the E.R.P. heritage, as well as management of related administrative-accounting activities; Support to the Central Director in defining housing policies and guidelines related to procedures managed by other sectors of the Central Directorate - CITY OF MILAN

General Management

Support and assistance to the General Manager and Deputy General Managers in the handling, coordination, and management of activities within their competence and of cross-cutting and strategic projects related to them and/or of interest, with particular focus on projects aimed at enhancing the companies and entities in which the Municipality of Milan participates, as well as those in the economic and financial field and related to the reorganization of structures and services, ensuring continuity and high expertise and professionalism in dealing with such activities and projects, currently falling under the Project Development and Organization Coordination Service.

General Management

Responsible, with a managerial position, for the Service (Office) of Project Development and Organization Coordination.

  • Coordination of the General Directorate Offices dedicated to legal-administrative support activities;
  • Support to the General Director and Deputy General Directors in overseeing and coordinating the activities of analysis, implementation, and monitoring of strategic projects and processes managed by the various Areas and Departments of the Organization (reorganization processes - financial operations - development of an integrated system of controls, also with regard to activities/services entrusted to external management bodies - redefinition of management methods for local public services, also in compliance with sector regulations - sustainable mobility projects...).
  • Support to the General Manager, in collaboration with the involved Directorates, in overseeing, coordinating, and implementing development and control strategies for the Authorities and Companies Participated in by the Municipality, with particular focus on strategic projects for their enhancement, as well as for the development of activities and services carried out by them, with the aim of improving their management efficiency.
  • Support for the start-up phases of cross-cutting projects, such as the definition of the direct management mode of municipal housing assets, also through its own company organized according to the operational - managerial model of in-house providing, and drafting of the related acts and measures.
  • Support to the General Manager in defining policies for the management of executive personnel, in the investigation and preparation of measures for the assignment of managerial positions, for activities related to the management of executive personnel's employment relationship.
  • Handling of the investigation and preparation of organizational measures;
  • Handling of the investigation and preparation of acts and provisions, including regulatory ones, within the competence of the General Director and/or Deputy General Directors, related to the management of the strategic projects of the Entity and the activities in the aforementioned areas.
  • Support to the General Manager in identifying and establishing tools to promote cross-functionality, with particular focus on interdepartmental committees and working groups;
