Bianca Maria Vecchio

In 2006, she joined the Wellness Team at Nestlé Italiana SpA as a Market Nutritionist. In this role, she is involved in research and development and communication of the Group's products, with the aim of offering consumers increasingly aware of nutritionally adequate foods and beverages tailored to their needs. In 2012, she furthered her nutritional experience working at the Nestlé Group Research Center in Switzerland on a project dedicated to combating childhood obesity.

She has a degree in Food Science and Technology, and has been involved since the last years of university in enhancing the nutritional components of milk and maintaining their integrity during industrial processing.

She has increased her experience in human nutrition by working for major companies in the dietary sector, focusing on Research & Development, Marketing, and Training in the areas of supplements, infant nutrition, clinical nutrition, as well as for individuals who are allergic, celiac, or have congenital metabolic diseases.
